The usual ways don't work. Paired Parent can't be uninstalled, force-stopped or have its data cleared, the phone can't be reset from Settings or started in safe mode, and once it's paired with your phone, USB debugging is blocked, so a cable and a computer can't be used to undo it.
The web filter doesn't live in a browser, so installing another browser doesn't help, and a new browser waits for your yes like any other app. From the Minimal level up the filter also blocks VPNs and the other usual ways around it.
What your child can still do: turn the phone off or switch on airplane mode. If the phone isn't heard from for 20 minutes, your app tells you. Like any Android phone, it can also be wiped completely from its recovery menu. We'd rather tell you than have you find out.

Paired Parent is for a parent or legal guardian supervising a phone they provide to their own child. Every feature described here is enforced by the software on the child's phone; where a feature has limits, the page says so.
This site keeps a visitor log: the internet address the visit came from, the page asked for, and the time. Nothing on this site tracks you across other sites. What else we keep, and why, is on the Privacy page. The photographs on this site are illustrations, not photographs of real families.
