No. Messages are locked on one of your family's phones and can only be unlocked on another. Our server carries the sealed package and has no way to open it. The keys that would open it never leave your phones.
There is one exception and it is yours to make. If you choose to help improve the screening, the messages you review and share can be read by us, with phone numbers and email addresses removed. It is off unless you turn it on, you are asked in plain words, and you can change your mind.
Texts are checked on your child's phone, not on ours. That is the reason the screening works without us seeing anything: the phone does the reading, and only tells you when you should look.
Paired Parent
For your child's own Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel on Android 15 or newer. Set up at home.
Paired Parent is for a parent or legal guardian supervising a phone they provide to their own child. Every feature described here is enforced by the software on the child's phone; where a feature has limits, the page says so.
This site keeps a visitor log: the internet address the visit came from, the page asked for, and the time. Nothing on this site tracks you across other sites. What else we keep, and why, is on the Privacy page. The photographs on this site are illustrations, not photographs of real families.
